GPS Time Clock for Temp Workers

No More Paper Timesheets: How FLAT's GPS Mobile Time Clock Helps Phoenix Employers

Ask any warehouse supervisor what slows down the end of the week, and timesheets usually come up.

Missing signatures. Hours written in after the fact. A worker who swears they stayed until 6:00 when the sheet says 5:30.

When you use temporary staff, those small problems add up. They show up as payroll corrections, invoice disputes and time your managers spend chasing paperwork instead of running the floor.

That's why FLAT moved our team members off paper and onto a GPS-verified mobile time clock.

How the FLAT Time Clock Works

The FLAT Time Clock runs on the phone our team members already carry.

They can use the app from the App Store or Google Play, or use the mobile web clock with nothing to install.

Getting on the clock takes three steps:

1. Open the clock and enter their 6-digit clock ID, issued by our office.

2. Choose the job site and department.

3. Take a quick selfie check-in and clock in.

That's it. No punch cards, no clipboards, no badges to lose.

GPS Verification: Hours Recorded Where the Work Happens

Each clock-in is GPS-verified at the job site.

That gives you confidence that the hours on your invoice were worked at your location, not from a parking lot down the street or a car on the freeway.

We also respect our team members' privacy. Location is only used while they're on the clock.

Selfie Check-In Stops Buddy Punching

Buddy punching happens when one worker clocks in for another. It's one of the oldest timekeeping problems there is, and it's hard to catch on paper.

A quick selfie at check-in confirms the right person clocked in. It takes seconds for the worker and removes the guesswork for you.

What This Means for Your Business

Accurate time tracking isn't just an admin upgrade. It affects your bottom line.

Cleaner invoices. Hours come straight from the clock, so there's less to dispute and less back-and-forth at the end of the week.

Less supervisor time on paperwork. Your leads can focus on production, safety and training instead of collecting sheets.

Better attendance visibility. Clock-in records make it easier to spot late arrivals and patterns early, before they turn into bigger problems.

A smoother start for new workers. Our team members know exactly how to clock in on day one at any site we staff.

Built for the Field

Our team members work in warehouses, distribution centers, auto auctions, dealerships, construction sites and events across the Valley.

They don't sit at desks, and they shouldn't need one to record their hours.

That's why we built the clock for phones first. It works on iPhone, Android or straight from the browser.

We developed our time clock and other internal systems with our technology partner, Xsatori Labs, so the tools match how staffing actually works in the field.

Technology Supports People, It Doesn't Replace Them

A better time clock doesn't change what matters most in staffing: reliable people who show up ready to work.

What it does is remove friction. Fewer timekeeping disputes mean more time spent on what actually moves your operation forward.

And when questions do come up, you still have a local Phoenix team to call.
